Wekiva Campout: Join Friends of the Wekiva River for activities ranging from guided bird walks and canoe trips to sinkhole exploratio­n and lessons on nature photograph­y and edible plants. Walk: The Mid-Florida Milers Walking Club, a member of the American Volkssport Associatio­n, is sponsoring a walk in Wekiwa Springs State Park that includes shaded park trails, spring boil bridge, and boardwalk. Two distances available: 10K (6.2 miles) or 5K (3.1 miles).
