• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 cups red dried lentils, rinsed
• 2 cups Tuscan kale
• 1/4 cup millet
• 1/4vcup quinoa
• 1 yellow onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups diced carrots
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 14 ounce-can diced tomatoes
• 7 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
• 3 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
• Himalayan pink salt and cracked black pepper to taste
