High-profile homes were a hot commodity for wealthy individuals.
Luxury homes in Orange County proved to be a hot commodity this year for wealthy individuals and families in search of a new abode to hunker down in. Multimillion-dollar homes sold in affluent communities such as the Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort and the sprawling golf course communities found in Windermere.
GrowthSpotter tracked down the Top 10 selling standalone residences that sold within the past 12 months in Orange County using information collected from the county’s property appraiser website.

An 8,590-square-foot house in Golden Oak sold for $7,945,000 in April
