Winter Springs’ newest and best independent retirement community, The Savoy, is opening soon! The Savoy will operate on a month-to-month rental basis with no buy-in fees, hidden costs, expenses, or add-ons, so residents can enjoy their retirement worry-free. Our management teams will be here for you any time, day or night, so you can rest easy, feeling comfortable, safe and secure. They’ll take time to get to know each of our residents by participating in activities and pouring several rounds of coffee at mealtime, which allows them to know who has a new grandchild, burned-out light bulb, or who will be having guests for dinner.
The Savoy will provide three delicious well-balanced home-cooked meals each day. Our food is truly made from scratch, and is prepared by our talented in-house chefs, who use the freshest seasonal ingredients daily. Each meal will be served restaurantstyle right to your table along with a smile from our friendly staff. Our menu will offer a variety of nutritional choices at every meal. Snacks and beverages are available any time.
The Savoy’s staff and management will support our resident’s desire for a fulfilling, fun, and active lifestyle. Whether it is gardening, painting, dining, or dancing, we offer our residents the opportunity for fun. With hot air balloon excursions and fine art performances, our residents are never short the chance to try something new and exciting.
When completed, The Savoy will offer a total of 145 units with 50 floor plan varieties, which include studio, one and two bedroom apartments so there is an option for everyone. Each apartment will include individual climate control, large bathroom(s) with walk-in showers, a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, cable television service, all utilities except personal phone, and an emergency call system that goes directly to our live-in management teams. Our community will include a beauty/barber shop, library, fitness center, heated swimming pool, activity room, billiards and game room, movie theater, chapel and a business center, which allow our residents the chance to socialize with friends and neighbors every day. Meals, transportation, and housekeeping are also included in the monthly rent.
