Lake Brantley (25-5), which won 2 of 3 vs. state champ Bradenton Lakewood Ranch, entered playoffs with toughest strength-of-schedule, according to FHSAA power ratings. Marien logged double-digit strikeouts in 13 games and turned in a 0.32 ERA while holding opponent to a .109 batting average, 7 earned runs and 1 home run. Marien also batted .254 (17-for-65) with 16 RBIs.

Buzz: Led TFA to 2A state title while batting .505 (50-for-99) with 21 extra-base hits and finishing with a 1.22 ERA and 178 strikeouts in 143.1 innings.

Buzz: Helped Knights reach Class 6A regional semifinals with .495 batting average (47-for-95), 26 RBIs, 33 runs scored and 12 stolen bases.
LIBBY LEVENDOSKI Eustis, junior
Buzz: Overpowered opponents en route to Class 4A region finals while allowing just 11 earned runs for a 0.57 ERA and 286 strikeouts in 135.2 innings pitched.

Buzz: Florida Atlantic signee was all-around asset for 7A region semifinalists. Shortstop batted .584 (45-for-77) with 48 runs scored, 19 RBIs and 11 extra-base hits.
VERONICA PUCKETT Deltona, junior
Buzz: Outfielder stole 24 bases and batted .526 (41-for-78) with 35 runs scored, 18 RBIs and 12 extra base hits for Class 4A state champions.

Buzz: Led Class 7A region semifinalists with .406 batting average (26-for-64), 24 runs scored, 22 RBIs, 5 home runs, 5 triples and 8 stolen bases.

Buzz: Shortstop tallied 15 hits in final 8 games for state champs and finished .519 (41-for-79) at the plate with 31 RBIs, 28 runs and 21 extra-base hits.

Buzz: Duke signee led Titans to 6A region finals while batting .488 (41-for-84) with 37 runs scored, 19 RBIs, 14 stolen bases, 13 doubles and 6 home runs.

Buzz: Florida Gulf Coast signee finished with 0.82 ERA and 229 strikeouts in 128 innings pitched while also batting .321 (18-for-56) for 3A region semifinalists.
