Tax program counselors needed: Volunteer Tax-Aide counselors are needed for the AARP Tax-Aide Program. Counselors help prepare tax returns and assist with filing requirements for older taxpayers and others. Volunteer client facilitators are needed to assist taxpayers in organizing their tax documents. An aptitude for tax work, experience in filing personal returns and good communication and computer skills are needed. Winter Park Autumn Art Festival: Community-oriented sidewalk show featuring work by Florida artists. Orange Audubon Society: Shawnlei Breeding will give an update on Audubon Florida’s EagleWatch Program, a statewide network of community science volunteers who monitor Bald Eagle nests. EagleWatch runs from October to May and provides valuable information on nesting activity and current trends in Florida Bald Eagle populations. Data collected is used by both the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to enhance their conservation and law enforcement efforts. 21st Annual Windermere Run Among The Lakes:
