- By Stephanie Allen Staff Writer

Two men were shot early Monday after an argument at an Orlando-area strip club.

The shooting happened about 2:30 a.m. at the Le Palace Orlando club on Orange Blossom Trail, about half a mile south of Americana Boulevard, according to the Orange County Sheriff ’s Office.

Deputies said two 27-year-old men got into an argument with another man and a woman at the strip club.

The two men got into an SUV and were leaving, when the other man pulled a gun, deputies said.

He fired multiple rounds at the victims’ vehicle and then drove away, according to the Sheriff ’s Office.

The two men drove themselves to a nearby 7-Eleven, where they ran inside and had an employee call 911. Emergency crews took both to a local hospital.

Deputies said one of the men was rushed into surgery with critical injuries.

The other man had non-life threatening-injuries, according to the Sheriff ’s Office.

Deputies responding to the club spotted a vehicle matching the suspect’s not far away. They stopped it, and were questioning a man and woman.

Deputies said they were questioning one person but did not immediately announce any arrests.

Deputies haven’t identified any of the people involved and said the man who received nonlife-threatening injuries hasn’t been cooperative.

This is the second shooting outside the strip club in less than two months.

Deputies responded to the club about 2:30 a.m. March 28 to find a 38-year-old man shot in the lower leg. A possible suspect drove away in a red minivan, heading south on Orange Blossom Trail, according to the Sheriff ’s Office.

Deputies didn’t say what led up to that shooting, and it isn’t immediately clear if anyone was arrested.

Detectives were called to investigate in both incidents.
