Details surface in discovery of remains

Investigators found a skull, clothing and a backpack scattered in a field with other the human remains on Friday, according to an newly available incident report. A land surveyor happened upon the bones while working about 1 p.m. in a field just north of the Lake Tivoli Apartments near John Young Parkway and Lake Tivoli Boulevard.
