NBA: The Cavaliers and coach Tyronn Lue agreed to a five-year, $35 million contract extension, ESPN reported. The first four years are fully guaranteed and the fifth is a team option. After being promoted from associate head coach to take over for David

Blatt in January, Lue, 39, led the Cavs to the team’s first league title . ... The Trail Blazers and G C.J. McCollum agreed to a four-year extension worth $106 million, according to reports. The deal will start in the 2017-18 season. McCollum, 24, was the league’s Most Improved Player last season . ... The Heat and free-agent G Dion Waiters, 24, agreed to a two-year contract worth $6 million, according to reports.

NFL: The league determined that former QB Peyton Manning didn’t use HGH or any other PEDs banned under the league’s policy. Manning retired last season after winning the Super Bowl with the Broncos . ... The league reinstated Browns WR Josh Gordon on a conditiona­l basis from his indefinite suspension for multiple drug violations. He must sit out the first four games of the season . ...
