A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket is scheduled to be launched from Kennedy Space Center at 5:55 p.m. Head over to Titusville's Marina Park, Sand Point Park or Space View Park to watch. Afterward, grab a bite at Dixie Crossroads, a Southern-inspired seafood restaurant, 1475 Garden St. in Titusville (321-268-5000).

The Silver Spurs Riding Club is partnering with the Osceola County School District to host the free School’s Out Blowout celebratio­n at 5:30 p.m. each day. Expo: Attendees will learn from emergency response and recovery experts from the Orange County Office of Emergency Management. Free preparedne­ss items like weather radios and first aid kits will be distribute­d while supplies last. Participan­ts will also learn how to track storms, pack a disaster kit, and prepare an emergency plan for their pets.
