The Silver Spurs Riding Club is partnering with the Osceola County School District to host the free School’s Out Blowout celebration at 5:30 p.m. each day. Expo: Attendees will learn from emergency response and recovery experts from the Orange County Office of Emergency Management. Participants will also learn how to track storms, pack a disaster kit, and prepare an emergency plan for their pets.
