Expo: Attendees will learn from emergency response and recovery experts from the Orange County Office of Emergency Management. Representatives will answer questions and provide information on how to survive and deal with floods, wind damage and property loss. Free preparedness items like weather radios and first aid kits will be distributed while supplies last. Those attending will also learn how to track storms and prepare an emergency plan for their pets. ♦Kite Festival: Featuring scores of tethered kites, kite demonstrations and competitions hosted by kite clubs from throughout Florida and free lessons for first-time kite flyers.
