Irma blows up football schedule
Chalk up prep football as another victim of Hurricane Irma. The storm toppled bleachers at Boone, right, and damaged other stadiums. While many facilities escaped harm, power outages, schoolday cancellations and lack of practice have left scheduling in disarray. It’s unclear how many of this week’s games will be played.
