- By David Harris

Two more men face murder charges in an August shooting that left a man dead in a Pine Hills home, according to court records.

Maleek Makonenn Lindsay, 20, and Donte Lil’Tron Miller, 21, face first-degree murder and armed robbery charges, records show. Miller was arrested Thursday and is being held at the Orange County Jail without bond.

Lindsay was arrested in August on unrelated vehicle theft and aggravated assault charges in St. Johns County and remains in jail, awaiting extradition to Orange County.

Jordan Maurice Benjamin, 21, was arrested on the same charges earlier this week.

All three are accused of killing DeAngelo Alan Henderson, 30, on Aug. 8 at a home in the 5800 block of North Lane.

According to an arrest affidavit, deputies were responding to a different call when a woman came to them asking for help because a group of men were fighting inside a home.

When deputies were walking up, they heard gunshots, then saw several people running away.

They found Henderson in the kitchen with several gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses told deputies Miller attacked Henderson in a robbery attempt, the affidavit said. Lindsay and Benjamin then fatally shot Henderson.

The suspects then went through Henderson’s pockets before fleeing, deputies said.
