Disney Channel star Jordan Fisher (above) has been crowned the winner of “Dancing With the Stars,” alongside partner Lindsay Arnold. Fisher beat out violinist Lindsey Stirling and actor Frankie Muniz on the Season 25 finale of the ABC reality competitio­n Tuesday. Fisher paid tribute to Arnold on Twitter, writing: “There aren’t words to describe the feeling of going through BATTLE with my SISTER. Putting in all the time and effort and energy for 12 weeks, then to be rewarded for it after having the most incredible time?! Unbelievab­le.”

Baby on the way: Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are expanding their family. Teigen posted a video on Instagram that shows the couple’s daughter, Luna, with her hands on her mother’s stomach. When Teigen asks, “What’s in here?” the toddler responds, “Baby.” Legend can be heard laughing in the background.

Punk endorsemen­t: One of Germany’s most famous rock stars, the frontman of punk band Die Toten Hosen, is throwing his support behind German Chancellor Angela Merkel after talks to form a new government collapsed over the weekend. Singer Campino, whose real name is Andreas Frege, told a radio station that with the whole world looking for stability, replacing Merkel “would be a sign for me that Germany wants to deconstruc­t itself.”
