It’s a good time to check out Gideon’s if you haven’t experienced the bakery’s treats. The triple chocolate salted Andes mint cookie is a spin-off of the bakery’s triple chocolate cookie (think Callebaut and Ghirardelli chocolates and chocolate ganache). Mint is infused into the original cookie during Gideon’s 16-hour baking process before chunks of Andes mints are sprinkled over the top. The minty cookie is only available in December. You’ll feel a chill, despite the Florida winter.
