Griffin sees where he wants to be next year

Coming off his rookie season with the Seattle Seahawks, former UCF CB is back in Orlando.

He was at the NFC’s Pro Bowl practice Friday at Disney World’s ESPN Wide World of Sports. Seven of his Seattle teammates were picked for the game at 3 p.m. Sunday at Camping World Stadium. ABC (WFTV-Ch. 9), ESPN and ESPN Deportes will televise it.

“It means the world to me to get a chance to see something that I want to be at one day,” Griffin said. “I feel like I had a pretty good year, but I’m trying to be great. I’ve just got to have a great year [next year] and I’ll get a chance to be here and just enjoy this moment.”

A third-round pick, Griffin appeared in 15 games and collected 59 tackles, one intercepti­on and one sack. His twin brother,

was a linebacker on the UCF team that finished undefeated after beating Auburn 34-27 in the Peach Bowl, then proclaimed itself No. 1.

“Now that we’re national champions, got a chance to go 13-0, it feels good to be back,” he said.

Looking to improve his NFL Draft stock, Shaquem Griffin will play today in the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala. feet in the air, and he was the last man standing in dodge ball.

Landry, 25, is an unrestrict­ed free agent. He led the NFL with 112 receptions in 2017, finishing with 987 yards and nine touchdowns.

The NFC will hold a walk-through practice at 11:30 a.m. today on Field 16 at Disney World’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The AFC will do the same at 11:45 a.m. on Field 17. … The last day of the free interactiv­e NFL Pro Bowl Experience will run from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. today at Disney.
