Timber Creek HS teacher faces drug, alcohol charges
Timber Creek High School teacher Justin Martineau was arrested Feb. 2 after police saw him carrying an open container while walking on Church Street, an Orlando Police report states.
When police searched his pockets, they found a metal cigarette holder with a marijuana blunt inside, a vape pen they suspected was filled with hash oil and a plastic baggie with methamphetamine.
The arrest happened at 11:20 p.m., and after cops found the meth Martineau speak to a lawyer.
He’s charged with possession of hash oil, possession of methamphetamine, possession of cannabis and violating the city’s open container ordinance, the report states. He’s since bonded out of jail. The school confirmed the arrest of one of its teachers in a Facebook post on Saturday but didn’t identify him.
Martineau, a social studies teacher, will be relieved of duty and not allowed on campus during the investigation, Timber Creek Principal Kelly Paduano posted. requested to
