locker room; he even runs a YouTube channel, UpUpDownDown, devoted to such battles. He said it makes for a more positive environment than the heavy drinkers and partyers of past generations.

“Video games have always been my safe place,” said Woods, who can be seen weekly on “SmackDown Live” on USA Network. “It’s where I always go to escape. To bring that feeling into the locker room is really cool. It has helped us bond in ways we wouldn’t have otherwise.”

WrestleMania 34, WWE’s biggest show of the year, is set for April 8 on the streaming WWE Network. At the last two WrestleManias, New Day have worn game-inspired gear — DragonBall Z in 2016 and Final Fantasy last year. Woods said this year’s ring attire has been selected, but he wasn’t ready to discuss it.

“It’s always fun and cool to be a part of [WrestleMania],” Woods said. “We’ve got something in the cannon, but we’re going to wait to release it.” published authors.

“When I aspired to become a wrestler, the chance to do a book signing at Barnes & Noble was not part of the dream,” Woods said. “Everything we accomplish now is so cool; it’s absurd. Things keep happening, and I wonder when the ride is going to stop.”

New Day is here to spread the “power of positivity” to fans of all ages, Woods said, and it shows in everything they do. Their new “Book of Booty,” released Tuesday, reflects that joy.

“It’s 166 pages of full color,” Woods said. “It’s full of action; you can see my greatest hairstyles and Big E’s favorite dance moves. All positivity and good thoughts — it’s very New Day. Fun for kids and adults.”

Woods, 31, said he has dreamed of wrestling for WWE since he was a child, but New Day’s accomplishments over the last threeplus years have exceeded his highest expectations. The trio has won four world tag-team championships and were the hosts of WrestleMania 33 last year at Orlando’s Camping World Stadium. And now, they’re
