Hagerty pulls out a win before rain

of Daytona Beach Father Lopez, and of Orlando Christian Prep are three of the nine finalists for the 2018 Florida Dairy Farmers Mr. Basketball award.
State coach of the contenders include
of Class 9A state champ Oak Ridge (30-4),
of repeat 6A champ Leesburg (30-1),
of 3A champ Orlando Christian Prep (21-9), and of 1A champ Wildwood (23-7).
The awards will be determined following a final round of voting by coaches and media members.
Williams, an LSU recruit, was chosen as Class 9A player of the year after averaging 17.6 points, 12.4 rebounds and 1.7 blocked shots per game.
Castleton, a Michigan signee, is the Class 7A player of the year after averaging 24.5 points, 11.7 rebounds and 5.6 blocks for an 18-9 team.
Little, who is headed to North Carolina, averaged 21.7 points and 9.2 rebounds as the top player in Class 3A.

of University School of Fort Lauderdale for 5A, Florida Gulf Coast signee
