Polk deputies: Ariz. man tried to lure teen to become 'sex slave’

-

A man in Tucson, Ariz., urged a Winter Haven teenage girl to take a cross-country bus trip to his home and become his “sex slave and other stuff,” according to the Polk County Sheriff ’s Office.

Polk sheriff ’s investigators flew to Tucson this month to arrest and charge Kevin Dock, 30, with several counts of using a computer to seduce, solicit and lure a child, according to reports.

“We say it over and over and over: If you prey upon a child in our county, we will arrest you,” Polk Sheriff Grady Judd said in a written statement. “We don’t care where you live, who you are or what you do for a living.”

According to a sheriff ’s report, Dock used a computer to send pornographic images of himself to the teen and solicited her to perform sex acts. He also gave her directions on how to buy a bus ticket to his Arizona home, according to investigators.

The girl’s parents called the sheriff ’s office July 30 to report their daughter missing from their Winter Haven home. Investigators found in the girl’s room Greyhound bus tickets with the name “Kevin Dock” and a July 31 departure date with an Aug. 2 arrival in Tucson.

Dock and the teen met each other on the Roleplay.Me website, according to the sheriff ’s office. They exchanged nude photos of themselves, and their online conversations consisted of “extremely graphic sexual language,” according to a sheriff ’s office report.

Detectives, posing as the teen girl, then began chatting with Dock online, according to reports.

Dock is slated to be extradited to Polk County to face charges, sheriff officials said. He could face similar charges in Arizona.
