After bouncing around the NFL, he stuck as a backup in San Francisco and was on his way to a breakout season this year before suffering a fractured forearm.

18. Steve Baylark, Apopka

Baylark was selected to the 2001 all-star game after helping Apopka win the Class 6A state championsh­ip. He rushed for 1,445 yards and 20 touchdowns on 147 carries. He signed with UMass and amassed 5,332 career rushing yards, which ranks second in program history. Baylark was a three-time all-Atlantic-10 award recipient. He went on to the NFL as a member of two practice squads but never saw any on-field action.

19. Greg Gooch, Lyman

Gooch had 26 tackles for loss and seven sacks as a Lyman senior and played in the 2013 all-star game as the No. 3-rated prospect in the Orlando Sentinel Central Florida Super 60 list. He signed with Indiana, where he registered 75 total tackles, 6.5 sacks and four forced fumbles from 2014-2017. He’s currently an NFL free agent after getting cut by the Kansas City Chiefs.

20. Chaz Williams, Apopka

Apopka’s elusive quarterbac­k played in the 1999 all-star game and went on to star as a dual-threat QB for Georgia Southern when the Eagles were still in Division I FCS play (2001-04). He ranks second on the Georgia Southern career and single-season lists for rushing touchdowns. He signed with the Green Bay Packers after the 2005 NFL Draft but never officially recorded a stat profession­ally. players No. 11-15 will be revealed next week.
