The Saints improved tremendously throughout the season and finished fourth, just behind Montverde, at the Class 2A state meet.

The Centurions won their second-straight 1A state championship and were the only area school to take home a trophy. With their full squad returning next year, expect them to three-peat.

Lake Brantley: The Patriots placed fifth in 4A, just behind Winter Springs, but graduate two of top three. Ashley Klingenberg will have to do a lot of heavy lifting in her senior year. 6. Winter Park: Wildcats were 10th in the 4A state meet, a disappointment by Winter Park’s high standards. They lose four seniors and have some work to do.
