■ Chiefs 23, Patriots 16:

Bashaud Breeland knocked away Tom Brady’s 4th-down pass attempt to Julian Edelman in the end zone to help the Chiefs hold on for the victory, clinch the AFC West title and end the Patriots’ 21-game home win streak in the regular season and playoffs, the third-longest in league history. It was the Patriots’ second loss in a row.

■ Ravens 24, Bills 17:

Lamar Jackson threw three TD passes as the host Ravens clinched a playoff berth with the win. The Ravens extended their franchise-best winning streak to nine and improved to 11-2, its best record through 13 games in team history. The Bills saw their three-game winning streak end.

■ Packers 20, Redskins 15:

Aaron Jones rushed for a season-high 134 yards and a score on just 16 carries as the Packers held on at home. Jones also had six catches for 58 yards. The Redskins were eliminated from playoff contention. Redskins RB Adrian Peterson became the sixth back in league history to reach the 14,000-yard mark.

■ Bucs 38, Colts 35:

Jameis Winston threw for 456 yards and four TDs to offset three picks as the Bucs rallied for the upset win. Darius Leonard returned one of his two INTs 80 yards for a score for the visiting Colts, who lost for the fifth time in six games and dropped from first to third in the AFC South.

■ Broncos 38, Texans 24:

Rookie Drew Lock threw for 309 yards and three TDs and Kareem Jackson had an INT and returned a fumble 70 yards for a score against his former team as the Broncos secured the road win.

■ Falcons 40, Panthers 20:

Matt Ryan threw for two scores, including a 93-yarder to Olamide Zaccheaus for the longest TD pass in his 12-year career, to lead the Falcons to the victory at home. Ryan also became the 10th QB in league history to reach 50,000 yards. The Panthers, playing their first game since the firing of coach Ron Rivera, lost for the fifth straight game and were eliminated from playoff contention.

■ Browns 27, Bengals 19:

Nick Chubb ran for 106 yards — 99 after halftime — and QB Baker Mayfield and Kareem Hunt had rushing TDs to keep the Browns’ playoff hopes alive with the win at home. Ward returned an INT 61 yards for the Browns’ first score.

■ Jets 22, Dolphins 21:

Sam Ficken kicked a 44-yard FG as time expired to lift the Jets at home. Jason Sanders made a team-record seven FGs for the Dolphins.

■ Vikings 20, Lions 7:

Danielle Hunter had three of the host Vikings’ five sacks to help send the Lions to their sixth straight loss.

■ Chargers 45, Jaguars 10:

Philip Rivers threw for 314 yards and three TDs, including an 84-yarder to Austin Ekeler that was the longest completion of the QB’s 16-year career, as the Chargers rolled on the road. It was the Jags’ fifth straight loss.

■ Steelers 23, Cardinals 17:

Diontae Johnson ran for an 85-yard TD on a punt return and caught a pass for another score and the Steelers defense had three second-half INTs to secure their seventh win in the last eight games. The host Cardinals dropped their sixth straight.

■ Titans 42, Raiders 21:

Ryan Tannehill threw for 391 yards and three TDs, Derrick Henry ran for two scores and the visiting Titans won their fourth straight.

■ Rams 28, Seahawks 12:

Jared Goff tossed two TD passes and Todd Gurley II ran for another score to help the host Rams put an end to the Seahawks’ five-game win streak.
