Ticked off! @golf cart rides

-

Since a vaccine can’t be found to combat the virus, I continue to be ticked off.

I live in an over 55 community and am appalled at the number of grandparents who allow their grandchildren to ride in and on the backs of golf carts as they speed through the community. You wouldn’t let them ride their bikes without a helmet, but allow them to be potentially thrown from a cart.

Regarding the 50 No Parking signs at the Winter Park church: If they allowed people to park there, two morons would run into each other or park too close to each other and the church would be sued. Probably by both parties, for not having a parking attendant or not putting parking stripes on the lot. I will bet you your next tithe that a lawyer told them to do that. People cause their own problems.

A message to those “ticked off ” about wearing a mask in an enclosed area. Think of that request not as something you have to do but as something you want to do if you care about your own health and the well being of others.

I’m really ticked off at the TV providers. Out of 164 channels we can watch, 71 of them are nothing but commercials from beginning to end! The advertisers pay the cable/satellite companies for airing their shows and we pay the cable/satellite companies for the “privilege” of watching them! These channels are part of the package we must subscribe to in order to watch our choice of channels! That’s a win-win situation for the TV providers! Boy, am I ticked off!
