Ticked off! @TV commercials

-

I am ticked off that our society in the last 40 years has gone to pot! People actually making excuses for looking so ugly with tattoos, beards, men with long hair and ponytails! Some people think the worse they look the better they fit in with today’s rejects!

About the annoying and repetitive TV commercials - I agree that they are frustrating, and I’m wearing out the “mute” and “change” buttons. I did a sample of one hour Central Florida cable news: 25 minutes of commercials, 35 minutes of content. So we not only pay outrageously increasing cable bills, but also pay with our time.

To the person ticked off at mask wearers. We are not living in fear, we’re trying to keep from getting sick. Thank goodness being stupid isn’t contagious.

I’m ticked off at one of the “got me” lawyers who shamelessly uses the military to further his law practice in his TV ads. That is just so wrong for so many reasons.

I’m ticked off that Publix is considering removing the weight scales from their lobbies. This would deprive us from the reaction when you step on the plate behind them, and the person thinks they gained 10-20 pounds!

What is taking the City of Orlando so long to fix Corinne Drive east of Mills Avenue? It is a horrible mess and there is no viable excuse for not making it safe for drivers!

The flip side Summer is over in Florida! Isn’t it wonderful that we can all go outside and enjoy the cool weather? Whether you walk, hike, cycle, or just sit on the porch and read the newspaper, this is the time of year to live in the sunshine state. As an added bonus, the birds are very active also.

Yay! The “Greatest Free Country Concert “is over and the Medicare sign up deadline is done.
