Orlando City opens 2022 season at Exploria Stadium

The 2022 Major League Soccer schedule was officially released on Wednesday as Orlando City gears up its return to the playoffs for a third consecutiv­e year.

The Lions open the season at Exploria Stadium against CF Montreal on Feb. 27.

Oscar Pareja’s squad will start the early part of the season going to the West coast for a two-game trip with stops at L.A. Galaxy on March 19 and a visit to Providence Park on March 27 against MLS Cup finalist Portland Timbers.

Orlando will have six games out of its 34-game schedule air on national television (ESPN, Univision and Fox Sports).

The first matches with rivals Inter Miami and Atlanta United are slated for July 9 and 17.
