Ticked off! @recorded weather

-

I’m ticked off at the people who block a driving aisle waiting for an entire cart of groceries to be stowed and the occupants securely belted in their seats so they can get the closest possible parking spot. And then they walk a mile inside the store. A local popular radio

station should be embarrassed when their recorded weather forecast says Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high of 78 degrees, over and over all day, while it is drizzling rain, gloomy and overcast and in the low 50s all day! Don’t they listen to their own broadcast? It would seem to be an easy fix. Take the recording off and replace it with an update or just nothing at all. This way-off forecast makes you look incompetent.

I have been commuting on I-4 between Lake Mary and Lee Road since 1993. It is increasingly dangerous as drivers slingshot from lane to lane, use merge lanes as passing lanes and drive at speeds beyond reason with reckless abandon. Common courtesy has made a big exit from the commute on any roadway any time of day. There is a void of FHP presence and it’s the only solution I see that could help. If you’ve had enough, please speak up.

It ticks me off that dog owners, when walking their dog, either are too lazy to pick up and dispose of the dog’s poop, or if someone sees the dog poop, the walker will pick it up and toss or drop it when no one is looking! Here’s hoping they step in fresh dog poop.

The flip side

Thank you, thank you, to the kind, honest person who turned in my purse to the Walmart on Red Bug Lake Road after I had left it in the cart.
