Ticked off! @SR 429 construction

-

To the crybaby complaining that their office coworkers used their earned PTO days for time off: What kind of person are you for complaining that earned PTO days were used? PTO days are earned by each employee which is part of their benefit package. A person would be a fool not to use the earned PTO days. My Mama did not raise a fool who does not use their earned PTO days.

In the construction area of State Road 429 there are steel barricades right next to the highway on the right side and concrete barricades right next to the highway on the left side. Twice in one day, a broken down car could not get out of the travel lane and tied up traffic for miles. Who is responsible for this mess?!

I’m ticked off at unwanted phone calls! I’m waiting for News 6 to tell me I won something but all I get is unwanted robocalls that won’t stop! One day I received more than 10 calls despite blocking devices!

I am ticked off at the physically vigorous people who posted comments to the page about Terminal C at OIA that the flaws are okay. In fact it looks pretty but has been poorly designed for the actual comfortable usage of passengers of various physical abilities or with children, Long walks with no people movers and on the International arrival side no chairs along the way or bathrooms. Not only are the long walks not doable for all, they are also a very inefficient way to get around an airport where time can matter. And an airport is for everyone and should be designed to accommodate everyone.

The flip side

Kudos to the Orange County Sheriff Deputy that stopped and ticketed the red car driving in the emergency lane on State Toad 408 yesterday. I guess this driver thought his time was more important than the rest of us stuck in the traffic jam. Good to see some enforcement! I must confess I did laugh out loud when I drove past where he had him stopped.

Need to vent?
