Ticked off! @Florida growth

- By Ticked Off !

I am ticked off that before the pandemic, my preferred brand of toilet paper was triple ply and went a long way! Now I pay more for one ply and I have to use more to gain the same results! I am ticked off by lower quality and higher prices!

I’m ticked off at the gross commercial advertising body odor cream. “Why hasn’t anyone thought of this before?” They have, it’s called soap and water!

How about that silly new commercial where the happy go-lucky folks are clapping hands and slapping their knees while their luxury truck drives itself ? All that’s going to do is generate a new round of people on the Got-Me lawyer’s billboards.

I’m ticked off that my employer told me if he can afford to have me away from the office for five weeks a year why does he need me the rest of the year?

I am ticked off that the pro football players never sing the National Anthem. Do they not know the words?

I am ticked off and tired of hearing so many people talk about how great the growth and increase of population is in Florida. Everybody wants to live in Florida! But I do not hear many people, in particular from the state government, speaking about the issues of traffic problems everywhere. The traffic in the Turnpike worsens by the day and accidents occur on a daily basis.

Kill the monkeys. Really? Capture and sterilization isn’t an option? Kill them. Manage them. I’m sick to death that killing animals who “invade” the habitat is still the go-to when it comes to “management.” What have we become?

The flip side

After hearing negative talk about USPS, I want to say how grateful I am to have my letter carrier bringing me my mail. He rarely makes an error considering the thousands of pieces of mail that he delivers each day. He’s worth every penny that he makes, as is the USPS. Thanks, Kevin.
