Ticked off! @red light runners

-

For those persons that like to back out of their driveways, as do I, stopping and checking for passing vehicles absolutely prevents a collision with a passing vehicle. Simply common sense.

I am ticked off at stupid, idiotic drivers who do not know how to make a right turn on red. The driver must make a complete stop at the red light before the turn is completed to the right to make sure that the driving lane is free of all other cars. Blowing through the red light is a violation! Which the driver should receive a ticket for.

I recently attended an event at a downtown venue, and our final ticket price was 68% higher than face value. Enough already!

I’m ticked off at a certain basketball player. Please keep your mouthpiece in your mouth. So gross watching him chew on it. They ask for jerseys to be tucked in. Mouthpieces should be kept in also. Looks like a spoiled child. Come on NBA.

I get to church late, but always just in time for the after service refreshments. And I back into my parking space so I can get out faster and get to the refreshments at the church down the street with the little longer mass. Heaven help me!

I am ticked off at these know-it-alls, who think that they are parking and safety experts! Don’t you think if backing into a parking space were safer that they would teach this in drivers education classes? Wouldn’t there be public service announcements recommending it? The Police do it because they are expected to respond to an emergency call and seconds save lives! You are not a first responder and just because you are in a hurry to leave does not mean that you have to back out in a hurry! Put down that cell phone, focus, and take your time backing out and you will not back over anyone!

The flip side

Thank you to Eric at the Tasty China restaurant on East Curry Ford Road for such excellent customer service and for being so helpful. I was looking at the menu with about 60 items to choose from that all looked so yummy. He steered me in a healthy direction.
