Underage dancer at strip club results in arrests
The owner and several managers of a strip club in Orange County were arrested for hiring a minor to perform at the club, following a two-year investigation by the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation.
An investigative report shared by the agency said the victim was employed as an adult entertainment dancer at Flash Dancer Orlando on Orange Blossom Trail in 2019 when she was 15 years old and again in 2020 when she was 16 years old.
WFTV Channel 9 was the first to report the news.
Flash Dancer Orlando owner William Sierer; general manager Johnathan Johnson; assistant manager and “House Mom” Kimberly Sinclair; and manager Paul Delvalle were arrested this week on charges human trafficking for commercial sexual activity of a child under 18.
Detectives say the suspects knowingly hired an underage girl to work as an adult entertainment dancer and engage in sexually explicit performances, while benefiting financially from her work.
The report said the strip club operators allowed the victim to work without proof of identification, age or county-required entertainer’s license, and all hold a responsibility to ensure each worker has provided the necessary documentation and are of legal age.
According to an Orange County Sheriff ’s Office incident report, the victim was discovered to be a dancer at Flash Dancer Orlando after a traffic stop in February 2021.
In the incident report, the deputy who conducted the traffic stop wrote the victim lied about her date of birth and had two outstanding warrants.
She reportedly told everyone she was 20 years old, the report said.
MBI launched the investigation after being notified of the traffic stop incident.
