Credit LaMalfa for wanting an investigation
Doug LaMalfa is a hero, and definitely represents us.
The facts are clear to those who don’t turn away.
Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia violated the Equal Protection, Due Process, and Elector’s Clauses of the Constitution.
Election officers in Democrat counties who allowed some voters to “cure” their badly filled- out ballots, (and Republican voters weren’t) violated Equal Protection.
All four of those states violated the Elector’s Clause of the Constitution by allowing Democrat appointees to change election procedures without authority from their legislatures. You may think that doesn’t matter, but legal votes are legal, and illegal votes are not. Who defines legal is the legislature — not appointees or career bureaucrats.
Every state — including Texas — is harmed by any other state’s unconstitutional election procedure. Doug LaMalfa is smart to recognize that.
And when a Rasmussen poll November 18 shows that 30% of Democrats, and 75% of Republicans
believe the election was stolen by Biden, there is a permanent problem with believing Biden is legitimate.
Doug LaMalfa asked the court to settle controversial issues so we could hear the evidence, and if Biden is legitimate, we could support him as our president. But slamming the door on “standing” technicality does not settle the very real, and very valid questions, which will now linger unresolved, and haunt the questionably stolen presidency.
Like it or not, LaMalfa’s decision to open the discussion would have prevented a lot of future pain for our tepublic. But alas, partisan hacks got their way.
