Mag­i­cal mys­tery tour: Clan Tynker

The fam­ily cir­cus Clan Tynker presents The Dream Train, the first full-length the­atri­cal pro­duc­tion com­pletely pro­duced, writ­ten, and acted by its mem­bers, on Satur­day, Dec. 20, at 2 and 7 p.m., and on Sun­day, Dec. 21, and Wed­nes­day, Dec. 24, at 2 p.m., at the Ar­mory for the Arts Theater (1050 Old Pe­cos Trail). Chil­dren and adults are in­vited on an in­ter­na­tional ad­ven­ture with Santiago the Con­duc­tor and 32 wild char­ac­ters (played by five cir­cus per­form­ers) as they travel from Mex­ico to China, Italy, Ara­bia, and Haiti, as well as to fan­tas­ti­cal lo­ca­tions. Life lessons will be learned in each lo­cale, as the per­form­ers en­ter­tain with jug­gling, ac­ro­bat­ics, mu­sic, dance, and magic. There are ad­di­tional per­for­mances on Dec. 27 and 28.
