A century later, Axle honors Duchamp’s concept in The Readymade: 100 Years, a group exhibition that includes pieces by sculptor Chris Collins, new media artists Susanna Carlisle and Bruce Hamilton, and assem Readymades blage artist Dana Newmann, among others. by 25 artists are included in the exhibit, along with state thoughts ments from each artist about their work and their on the readymade as an art form. The show opens Friday, May 13, with a 5 p.m. reception at the shade structure of the Santa Fe Farmers Market in the Railyard.
