Counter Culture Cafe, 930 Baca St. #1, 505-995-1105 Katherine Beck works with discarded materials, converting trash into art. Beck is exhibiting a series of pieces completed in Santa Fe and Santiago, Chile, where she lives parttime in the foothills of the Andes. “My work is part of a larger conversation going on about systematic disintegration and decay, as well as the potential for transformation within chaos and breakdown,” she writes. The show is on view through June 1.
