Carmen Vetter: Emanate 2017, kiln-formed glass

LewAllen Galleries, 1613 Paseo de Peralta, 505-988-3250 LewAllen’s exhibition Carmen Vetter and Sammy Peters: Surface Language compares and contrasts the surface texture in the works of two artists working in different mediums. Vetter, a studio-glass artist, creates abstract fusedglass wall panels. Peters, a mixed-media artist, makes textured canvases that combine painting and collage. The show opens on Friday, March 24, with a reception to follow on Friday, March 31, at 5 p.m.
