In the 1980s, a former U.S. diplomat named Mason Skiles (Jon Hamm) is assigned to a mission in Beirut in which he must negotiate with the terrorist group that killed his family. This new world full of dating, activity, and mild comic quips is strange to Sandra, but as she gets settled into her new life, she finds that new love (to a beau played by Timothy Spall) could also be on the horizon. When a genetic experiment transforms this gorilla into a giant monster, Okoye must search for an antidote — not only for his pet but for the other monsters wreaking havoc on the country. Few producers are riding a streak as hot as Jason Blum, whose Blumhouse Production­s is now a household name in horror after shepherdin­g the Purge and Insidious franchises and enjoying three box-office hits last year with Split, Get Out, and

Happy Death Day. The latest Blumhouse picture centers on a group of teenagers who begin a harmless game of Truth or Dare. But they soon find that some kind of evil spirit oversees the game, and they’ll die if they fail to tell the truth or perform the dare.
