Aaron Gaffigan is beginning his fourth year as principal at Pea Ridge Primary School. He has been at Pea Ridge for 12 years.
Mr. Gaffigan earned his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University and his master’s degree from the University of Arkansas.
“Ensuring students and staff can come to learn and work in a safe learning environment and building relationships with students and staff,” are his favorite things about his job.
Mr. Gaffigan and his wife, Rebecca, have two children, Mary Beth and Sarah Kate.
He enjoys spending time with his family, exercising and watching sports.

Mrs. Jennifer Spivey has been the registrar for two years and has worked in the Pea Ridge School District for four years.
“Being able to serve the community and seeing those sweet babies every day,” is what she likes best about this job.
She is married to Scott Spivey. They have three children — Gavin, 12; Garrett, 4; and Lila, 4 months. She enjoys
decorating and crafting.
Counselor
Lauren Coles: lcoles@prs.k12.ar.us This is Mrs. Lauren Coles’ first year as school counselor; she was career coach at Pea Ridge High School for the previous two years. A graduate of Arkansas Tech University, she earned her master’s degree from University of Arkansas.
“Working directly with students and their families,” is her favorite thing about this job.
Lauren and her husband, Tyler Coles, were married this summer. She enjoys cooking, reading, kayaking and canoeing.
