Barbara Threlkeld; two sisters; and one brother.
Survivors include her son, Daniel Billings and wife Kathy of Cherokee Village, Ark.; step-son, Jim Franke of Thayer, Mo.; grandchildren, Michael Threlkeld of Fayetteville, Ark., Theresa Selman of Sheridan, Ark., Christine Billings of Japan; four stepgrandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was 1-2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016, in the Rollins Funeral Home Chapel.
The service was at 2 p.m. in the chapel officiated by the Rev. Richard Mayer.
Burial was in Benton County Memorial Park.
Memorials, in lieu of flowers, may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church, 15315 AR-94, Pea Ridge, AR 72751.

Dennis Wayne Loper
Dennis Wayne Loper, 55, of Pea Ridge, died Aug. 21 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. He was born April 25, 1961, in Bentonville to Jerry Allen Loper and Iva Dean Holliday Loper.
He was a lifelong resident and a self-employed mechanic. He loved his grandchildren, fishing, fast cars and motorcycles.
Survivors are his parents of Bentonville; a son, Josh Loper of Bentonville; a daughter, Johnni Dodson (Jacob) of Pea Ridge; two brothers, Jimmy Loper (Melva) of Gravette and Kenny Loper (Leslie) of Bentonville; a sister, Karen Edwards of Bentonville; and four grandchildren, Wyatt, William and Aubrey Dodson and Taylor Loper.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Service is set for 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 25, at Faithbuilders Family Church in Rogers with Pastor Tim Horton officiating.
Burial will be in Bentonville City Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.

Dorothy Elaine Tillman
Dorothy Elaine Tillman, 82, of Pineville, Mo., died Aug. 20, 2016, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Ark. She was born March 22, 1934, in Akron, Colo., to Henry Newton Ackerman and Ella Pauline Kramer Ackerman.
A lifelong resident of the area, she worked for several companies in Rogers, Ark., including Bear Brand, RTW and the Rogers Public Schools cafeteria. She loved to sew, quilt, collected cookbooks and cooked from scratch for her family and friends. She spent time visiting and singing at local nursing homes and loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved the Lord and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Pineville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Harley Tillman Jr.; a daughter, Sharron Elaine Craig; a son-in-law, Ross Alan Banke; two brothers, Ernest and Rolla Ackerman; and a sister, Deloris Owens.
Survivors are her husband, Harley Tillman of the home; a son, Kenneth Garvin (Ann) of Louisville, Ky.; three daughters, Cynthia Hansel (Anthony) of Berea, Ky., Geneva Banke of Bella Vista, Ark., and Rewa Abercrombie (Tony) of Bella Vista; three sisters, Mary Tipton of Bigelow, Ark., Frances Milliken of Bentonville, Catherine Wright of Pangburn, Ark; three brothers, John Ackerman of Sulpher Springs, Ark., Ed Ackerman of Pryor, Okla., and Wayne Ackerman of Decatur, Ark.; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Services are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, at Sisco Funeral Home Chapel in Pea Ridge, Ark., with the Rev. Larry Crawford and Dr. James Storey officiating.
Burial will be in Bayless Cemetery.
