143 N. Curtis Ave., Pea Ridge Critical violations: Raw food is stored above ready-to-eat inside the walk-in cooler; raw meat above rice and cooked meat. Food contact with equipment and utensils; fried chicken was cooling on cardboard lids. Items in the prep table were not held at 41 degrees or below. Prepped foods in the walk-in cooler held more than 24 hours with no datemark; chopped vegetables, cooked meat and rice. Noncritica­l violations: None
