17047 Marshall St., Garfield Critical violations: Wash hands any time contamination could have occurred, when changing tasks and as described in the Arkansas Rules and Regulations; prior to putting on gloves, employees did not wash hands.

Sept. 20 Cannonball Cafe

311 E. Pickens Road, Pea Ridge Critical violations: Smoking in building attachment area; this is considered part of the establishment; discontinue. Cut on the hand of the cook; waterproof covering needed over the injury.

Noncritical violations: Quaternary ammonia test strips and chlorine test strips are needed.
