Thursday, April 13
1:10 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested CharlesWilliam Mobley, 54, Rogers, for both felony and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended driver’s license, fictitious tags and no proof of insurance; and Sarah A. Brooks, 34, Bentonville, for felony and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
4:44 p.m. Police received information about a battery that occurred between two juveniles near a residence on Patton Street. As a result of the investigation, a 16-yearold male was charged with third-degree battery.
Saturday, April 15
5:46 p.m. A resident of Benton Street reported a window on his residence had been shot and broken. A bullet was recovered in the investigation.
Monday, April 17
7:20 p.m. Police arrested Larry Joseph Beck, 60, BellaVista, for DWI 3 and careless and prohibited driving.
8:47 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Choate Place Circle for a disturbance involving a handgun. As a result of the investigation, police cited Randal Ty Husky, 36, Pea Ridge, for disorderly conduct, confiscated his handgun and his concealed handgun carry permit.
Thursday, April 20
3:38 a.m. A resident of Conrad Street reported her 15-year-old son missing. As a result of an investigation, he was found at a residence on South Davis Street and returned to his mother.
5:03 p.m. A resident of Halleck Lane reported it appeared someone had attempted to break into her residence.
