Violet Ruth Buck
Violet Ruth Buck, 75, of Pea Ridge, Ark., died on May 30, 2017, in Rogers, Ark. She was born Feb. 5, 1942, in Watts, Okla. to Dalphine and Docia Howell.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors are her husband, Gerald Buck; her children, Linda Davidson of Fayetteville, Ark., David Buck of Kansas, Okla., Karen LeRoy of Rogers and Gerald Roger Buck of Pea Ridge; eight grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren.

Billy Elbert Reddick, 74, of Avoca, Ark., died Monday, May 29,
2017. He was born on June
26, 1943, in
Avoca to Elbert and Isa Reddick.
He was the husband of the late Virginia (Jean) Reddick.
He will be remembered as a reliable man who devoted his life to helping other people. He had a big heart and plenty of love to go around. For years, he was a volunteer firefighter in Avoca. He worked many different jobs but spent the bulk of his working life at Crane Valves in Rogers, Ark., from which he retired when the company closed. His true passion was taking care of his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife; and sisters, Arlene Robinson, Clorine Mills and Betty Moses.
Survivors are his daughters, Donna Jones of Bella Vista, Ark., and Vivian Mitchell of Bentonville, Ark.; grandchildren, Jeremy Travis, Jennifer Travis, Dallas Jones and Whitney Jones; great-grandchildren, Hope Travis, Katelyn Travis and Avalee Jones; greatgrand-dog, Sammie Jo; sister, Phoebe Hurst; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 1, at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
A graveside service was held at 9 a.m. on Friday, June 2, in Liberty Cemetery in Garfield, Ark.
