Phillip Wayne Chatham
Phillip Wayne Chatham, 75 of Springdale, Ark., died Monday, July 17, 2017, in the Earlene Howard Hospice House in Springdale. He was born in Cushing, Okla., on June 28, 1942.
He was a resident of Springdale for over 45 years.
He was preceded in death by his aunt “Momma” Nonnie Walker; Ray Newberry, the only father he ever knew; three brothers; and one sister.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Norma Chatham of the home; four daughters and one son, Pam Evans of Glendale, Ariz., Tonya West of Springdale, Dottie Hagar and husband Howard and family of Springdale, Angela Harris and husband Jason of Garfield, Ark., and Phillip Charles Chatham, of Nevada; one sister, Mona Statham and husband Gene and family of Tulsa, Okla.; one aunt, Joyce Walker and family of Wagner, Okla.; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
There will be a Celebration of Life at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 29, 2017, in the Pleasant Street Church of Christ.
There will be a potluck dinner to follow the Celebration in the Family Center behind the church. A balloon release will follow dinner as a tribute to Dad for all the love he shared and well wishes for his journey through this life.

Carolyn Ann Clark, 76, of Garfield,
Ark., died Thursday,
July 20,
2017, at
Mercy
Medical
Hospital.
She was born Feb. 15, 1941, in Rogers, Ark., to John Robert McFall and Dorothy Lena Langston McFall.
She was an executive administrative assistant at Walmart general offices, retiring after 25 years.
She loved her family and enjoyed her grandkids, great-grandkids and attending family events, camping, boating, crafting, writing stories about her family history and spending time with the love of her life, her husband Donald. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Bentonville, Ark.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter, Sherry Lynn Clark; and one son, Randy Clark.
Survivors are her husband of 61 years, Donald Lee Clark of the home; three daughters, Cheryl Wise of Bella Vista, Ark., Donita Moore (Michael) of Bentonville and Kimberly Jacobi (Perry) of Rogers; two sons, Jimmy Clark (Sheryl) of Bentonville and Bobby Clark (Jan) of Gateway, Ark.; one brother, Bobby McFall (Joyce) of Sand Springs, Okla.; 14 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
There was no visitation scheduled.
Funeral was held at 10 a.m. Monday, July 24, at First Baptist Church in Bentonville with a private family burial at Oakley Chapel Cemetery.
Arrangements were by Sisco Funeral Home of Pea Ridge.
