Monday, Jan. 8

8:02 a.m. A resident of East Pickens Road reported damage to a fence surroundin­g the property. A witness reported seeing the incident that caused the damage. The driver fled the scene. Police issued a BOLO, Be on the Look Out for the driver.

6:38 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Klauss Lane for a criminal mischief report involving a vehicle that had been damaged with a shattered driver’s side window.

Tuesday, Jan. 9

1:05 p.m. Police arrested Christophe­r Prevatt, 44, Fayettevil­le, while at Pea Ridge Court for public intoxicati­on, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug parapherna­lia and tampering with evidence; and a twoday commit from Judge R. Bunch.

3:20 p.m. Police transporte­d Cayden J. Wodside, 19, Rogers, to the Benton County Jail as a result of Judge Ray Bunch issuing him a contempt of court two-day commit to be served immediatel­y.

Wednesday, Jan. 10

7:07 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Henry Little Circle for a disturbanc­e. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Howard Burleson, 82, Pea Ridge, for third-degree domestic assault.

Thursday, Jan. 11

3:34 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop the led to a five-mile pursuit, police arrested Bobby Lee Periman, 33, Little Flock, for fleeing by vehicle; driver’s license suspended; careless/prohibited driving; no vehicle license; two counts of failure to stop at stop sign; and no proof of insurance. He was cited and released after being checked by the jail nurse. His vehicle was towed.

10:29 p.m. Police were dispatched to White Oak station for two “highly intoxicate­d” men. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Andrew James Hill, 20, Fayettevil­le, for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test; and Blake Franklin, 20, Rogers, for minor in possession of alcohol, public intoxicati­on and a Centerton warrant; and Misael Garcia Carrizosa, 21, Rogers, for public intoxicati­on and knowingly furnishing alcohol to a minor.
