Lots to do during spring break

- ALEX WRIGHT Pea Ridge Librarian

Greetings Library family, Come one, come all, and taste the delicious popcorn we’ve got for y’all!

Thanks to the gracious donation of Sam’s Club 4969 the Library will now offer popcorn to its patrons starting spring break week! If you or someone you know starts feeling that charitable bug take you over we would greatly appreciate donations of theater popcorn and popcorn bags. Those who donate and wish to receive tax receipts can have their donations go through our Friends of the Library group.

Easter is around the corner ladies and gentleman, and the need to keep those littles of yours young forever is in full swing. Be sure that you bring them to the Cottage Flower Shop on Saturday, March 24, from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. for bunny pictures by our Friends group, as well as our Teen Advisory Board members. The cost will be $10 per sitting with unlimited printing rights on multiple images. We encourage all to participate in this event as the funds raised from it will go towards the Library getting a movie license in the near future. This possibility will open up so many avenues for events that we can offer to children and teens, such as after hours movie night!
