Friday, March 30

2 p.m. A resident of Mitchell Lane reported fraud or theft by deception involving a purchase on what appeared to be eBay. The complainan­t was given a federal web site to file a report with the FBI.

9:01 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Sugar Creek Road for two stray dogs. The complainan­t transporte­d the dogs to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

Saturday, March 31

8:19 a.m. Police were dispatched to the area of Patton and Bowen streets in reference to an aggressive dog bothering people walking. The dog, a reddish, brown mixed breed male was taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic by a resident of the neighborho­od.

3:01 p.m. Police were dispatched to a commercial parking lot for two small children unattended in a vehicle. The children were 7 and 2 years of age. As a result of the investigat­ion, police cited Emily A. Coleman, 35, Bella Vista, in connection with two counts of third-degree child endangerme­nt and the incident was reported to the Arkansas Child Abuse/Neglect Hotline.

Sunday, April 1

11:53 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Turner Way for an attempted suicide. A 47-year-old woman was transporte­d by ambulance to a local hospital.

5:58 p.m. Police were dispatched to Subway Restaurant for a physical disturbanc­e. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Yovany Alexander Moran, 21, Noel, Mo., in connection with possession of drug parapherna­lia, contributi­ng to the delinquenc­y of a minor, endangerin­g the welfare of a minor and thirddegre­e battery.

Monday, April 2

9:11 a.m. Police were notified by Rogers Police that a subject who has a no contact order from Pea Ridge District Court had contacted the person she was banned from contacting. Police reported developing a probable cause warrant be issued for violation of a no contact order for the suspect.

10:30 a.m. Police investigat­ed a report of forgery involving a stolen check from a resident of Siloam Springs being cashed at a bank in Pea Ridge. As a result of the investigat­ion, police obtained a warrant for second degree forgery and misdemeano­r theft for David Allen Hightower, 35, Rogers, who was already incarcerat­ed. The warrant was served on Hightower.

1:39 p.m. A resident of Nemett Drive reported finding a white West Highland white terrier. She agreed to take the dog to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. About 3:30 p.m. an employee of the vet clinic reported to police that the reporting party picked the dog up near White Oak Road outside the city limits and that the dog belongs to a client of the clinic. The dog was released to its owners without a citation.

Tuesday, April 3

11:39 p.m. Police were dispatched to a business near the intersecti­on of Slack Street and South Curtis Avenue for an intoxicate­d subject. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Kyle Wesley Kemp, 25, Pea Ridge, in connection with DWI (second offense); refusal to submit; driving on a suspended license for DWI

Wednesday, April 4

8:48 a.m. A resident of an assisted living home reported an item missing from her room.

3:48 p.m. Police received a report of a delivery struck running over a stop sign. As a result of the investigat­ion, a suspect was located and contacted. The company who owned the truck agreed to pay for damages, so a city official said no charges would be filed.

Thursday, April 5

8:38 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on It’ll Do Road, police arrested the passenger, Scottie Lee McCannon, 27, Rogers, in connection with misdemeano­r warrants from Rogers and Centerton. After meeting with officers from both cities (both of which cited the subject), Pea Ridge Police released him to the driver.
