Blackhawk Spring Sports Awards held

“A really, really good year in Blackhawk athletics. It’s a community effort,” Kevin Ramey, athletic director, said, as he opened the Spring Sports Awards ceremony for the Blackhawks. Coaches presented individual trophies and awards to athletes to the applause of Blackhawk fans and parents in the audience.

• Records of those students evaluated by the districts Special Education program, psychologi­cal reports and all Special Education informatio­n regarding students served or evaluated prior to Sept. 1, 2012, are to be destroyed. Anyone wishing copies of such informatio­n, should contact Sue Stacey, Special Education supervisor, at 800-451-6675.

• Requests will be accepted until July 1, 2018. Records will be destroyed after this date.
