Thursday, May 17
3 p.m. A resident of Hayden Road reported a private property accident to the School Resource Officer. The accident had happened sometim between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on May 11 in the High School parking lot. A pick up truck was reported being struck on the left driver side by an unknown vehicle.
Friday, May 18
9:15 a.m. A resident of Zachary Street reported unauthorized use of her bank debit card. As a result of the investigation, police cited Jacqueline Riner, 34, Pea Ridge, in connection with misdemeanor fraudulent use of a credit card.
9:53 a.m. Police were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of North Curtis Avenue and Patton Street involving vehicles driven by Scott Ashley Skidore, 48, Bella Vista, and Ronald Leroy Ault, 73, Rogers. As a result of the investigation, police cited Ault in connection with disobeying a traffic control device.
12:30 p.m. A resident of Washburn Drive reported fraudulent use of a credit card. She reported someone had used her debit card number through the internet.
3:28 p.m. A resident on Frost Street reported being contacted by a former boyfriend against whom she had an order of protection. Police forwarded the report to the prosecuting attorney for a warrant for disorderly conduct on the suspect.
Saturday, May 19
2:43 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Lynn Drive in regards to a female who called 911 crying and hung up. It was determined there was no need for police.
6:49 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop sparked by an investigation of a parked vehicle with a license plate that checked to another vehicle, police arrested Justin E. Phillips, 29, Eureka Springs, in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Tiffany Maria Phillips, 38, Eureka Springs, in connection of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia driving on a suspended driver’s license, no proof of insurance, false evidence of title and expired tags. They were booked into the Benton County Jail.
9:10 p.m. A resident of Choate Place reported a dog had come to their house. The dog, a black rat terrier mix, was transported to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. On May 21, Kenneth Tucker, 47, Pea Ridge, claimed the dog and was cited for dog at large.
Sunday, May 20
10:22 p.m. A resident of Conrad Street reported a 17-year-old male missing. The youth was found at another residence on Conrad Street and he was returned to his guardian.
Monday, May 21
3:10 p.m. The School Resource Officer was notified that a Middle School student had damaged a Kona Ice mobile food truck while it was parked at the stadium for an event. The business owner agreed to come to an agreement with the student’s parents and handle the matter as a civil matter.
5:30 p.m. A resident of John W. Montgomery Circle reported the license plate from a vehicle had been stolen.
7:30 p.m. Police“came across a dog which was unattended”in the center of Gen. Franz Sigel. A short time later, police connected with the owner, Megan Bridges.
9:38 p.m. Police were dispatched to the Walmart Neighborhood Market parking lot for a private property accident involving a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old female that hit a parked vehicle owned by Robert D. Kinslow, 53, Pea Ridge.
Tuesday, May 22
10:24 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Khristal N. Lunsford, 38, Rogers, on a warrant from Elm Springs and in connection for driving on a suspended driver’s license.
Wednesday, May 23
9:19 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Tobye Lakota Driggs, 20, Rogers, on a Centerton warrant for failure to appear.
10:15 a.m. A resident of West Pickens Road reported a stray dog was at his house. A Street Department employee transported the dog to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.
2:48 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Stephen L. Pendergraft, 32, Washburn, Mo., in connection with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms; possession of a controlled substance, felony (two counts) and misdemeanor; possession of drug paraphernalia; and a Pea Ridge disorderly conduct warrant.
6:49 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Washburn Drive for a disturbance. A male had left the residence walking. There was no other information available.
Thursday, May 24
10:24 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Henry Little Circle in reference to a burglary not in progress involving two guns and about $700 missing.
11:45 a.m. Police were dispatched to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic to meet an individual who found a dog on his property on West Pickers Road. The dog, a male beagle mix, was impounded.
6:31 p.m. Police were dispatched to Walmart Neighborhood Market for a shoplifting report involving a woman taking groceries valued at $296. As a result of the investigation, police cited Rhiana Jade Burns, 33, Bella Vista, in connection with shoplifting and issued her a trespass warning.

8:53 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Hunter Drive for a report of a theft involving a concrete saw from the back of a pickup truck.
Saturday, May 26
10:13 a.m. Police were dispatched to Oakley Street for a dog, not aggressive, running loose in the area. It was transported to the Pea Ridge Vet by an area resident.
2:07 p.m. Police investigated a motor-vehicle accident at the intersection of Curtis Avenue and Lee Town Road involving vehicles driven by Jerry Bob Calcote, 70, Rogers, and Teresa Kay Grider, 62, Eureka Springs, who was cited in connection for failure to yield at stop sign.
7:40 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Daniel Cates, 30, Bella Vista, in connection with a failure to appear warrant from Rogers Police.
Sunday, May 27
2:53 a.m. Police were dispatched to Walmart Neighborhood Market for a private property motor-vehicle accident involving vehicles driven by Amy J. Swank, 42, Garfield, and Allison Lyn Carnes, 22, Pea Ridge.
7:21 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Lee Town Road in reference to an overdose. A 49-year-old female was taken to the hospital by Bella Vista Ambulance.
10:21 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on East Harris Street in reference to a violation of a no contact order involving a man coming to the house and taking a boat.
