Mary Alice Lushenko

Mary Alice Lushenko, 57, of Pea Ridge, Ark., died Aug. 6, 2018, in Mercy Medical Center in Rogers, Ark. She was born April 28, 1961, in Breese, Ill., to Roscoe Miller and Gerita Ann Higgins Miller.

She lived in the area her entire life, and enjoyed gardening, visiting with her friends and thrift store shopping.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Darrel Lushenko, whom she married Feb. 14, 1995; a son, Daniel Lushenko; one brother, Lex Miller; and a granddaugh­ter, Amanda Dawn Borja.

Survivors are her son, John Wyche of Springdale, Ark.; a daughter, Holly Miller of Springdale; six brothers, Rex Miller of Bentonvill­e, Ark., Max Miller of Washburn, Mo., Mark Miller of Hindsville, Ark., Roy Miller of Centerton, Ark., Brian Miller of Coweta, Okla., and Duane Miller of Huntsville, Ark.; three sisters, Brenda Daulton of Rogers, Paula Cook and Debbie Miller, both of Pea Ridge; and four grandchild­ren.

Visitation was from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Friday in Sisco Funeral Home, Pea Ridge.

Graveside services were 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, in Pea Ridge Cemetery.

Arrangemen­ts were by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.

Gary Dean Messer

Gary Dean Messer, 77, of Pea Ridge, Ark., died Aug. 10, 2018, in his home. He was born Aug. 12, 1940, at Pea Ridge, to E.C. “Red” Messer and Lennie Belle Hall Messer.

He graduated from Pea Ridge High School in 1958 and worked for Crane Co. in Rogers for 18 years. He was owner and operator of Pea Ridge Florist from 1983 to 1995.

He served in the Rogers unit of the Arkansas Army National Guard. He was a member of Pea Ridge Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Yvonne Spencer; twin brother, Gene Messer; infant granddaugh­ter, Jamela Alnasery; and grandson, Dustin Hickman.

Survivors are his wife of 43 years, Minta Belle (Hickman) Messer; stepson, Danny Hickman; stepdaught­er, Gwen Alnasery and husband Esam Alnasery; granddaugh­ters, Zaynab Alnasery and Codi Hickman Hawkins and husband Maurice Hawkins; great-granddaugh­ter, Ava Belle Alnasery; nephews, Mike Spencer and Fred Spencer and wife Ann; great-nephew, Shay Spencer and wife Kriss; and great-niece, Stephenie Spencer.

Visitation was from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, in Sisco Funeral Home, Pea Ridge.

Funeral service was 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, in Sisco Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Pea Ridge Cemetery.

Harold Ralph Snoderly

Harold Ralph Snoderly, 78, of Riverside, Mo., died Aug. 6, 2018, in Riverside Nursing Home and Rahab in Riverside, Mo. He was born Oct. 12, 1939, to Ralph and Nora Williams Snoderly at Prairie Creek near Rogers.

He graduated from Rogers High School in 1957 and worked for Hallmark for more than 40 years in Kansas City.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Bobby Dean Snoderly; and a sister, Carolyn Wilson.

Survivors are his wife, Alice of the home; son, Eric Snoderly of Grandview, Mo.; daughter, Laura Goldsberry and husband Dale of Grandview; and brother Delmar Snoderly and Denise of Garfield, Ark. He requested no services. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to be made to the American Cancer Society.
